Here’s what your donation can mean to someone.
ALL donation amounts given will be used to purchase whatever a candicate needs most at the time. The list below shows just some of the goods and services that may be purchased with your donation.
$15 Donation
$15 could purchase a FAST FOOD GIFT CARD that could feed someone for a couple of days while they look for work and stable housing.
$25 Donation
$25 could purchase a GROCERY STORE GIFT CARD that could provide basic groceries or hygiene for a couple of days.
$35 Donation
$35 could purchase a BACKPACK to carry personal items or groceries when traveling by bike or bus.
$50 Donation
$50 could purchase a DEPARTMENT STORE GIFT CARD that could help provide work clothes for job interviews and beginning new employment.
$69 Donation
$69 could purchase a 30 DAY OCTA BUS PASS that would provide unlimited bus rides for a month while searching for jobs or getting to work.
$100 Donation
$100 could purchase a MOBILE SMART PHONE and 30 days of service, providing internet maps, bus schedules, job listings and email.
$150 Donation
$150 could purchase a WELL-RUNNING BICYCLE & HELMET to get safely to work or job interviews
